pa'Droc – A gru'Esh  youth from the je'Esh clan, third Tribe of the gru'Esh. Best friend to mi'Orha.
The Painted Desert – The western desert where dwell the Valang. During the day the sand is a vermillion red, but at night it glows a variety of colours.
Pan – A sixteen-year-old Terrian from Fanvalor. A member of Dante's crew and Auric's best friend.
Pantheon – A temple of worship for many cultures' deities in Fanvalor, every district has at least one pantheon.
Pavilium – One of the ten Houses of Nua Verden. (See also Houses)
Payta – A Spark Keeper of Tranthaea. (See also Callum Swift)
Peest – Highly carnivorous underwater creatures with long, thin bodies and two large, extended fins, one on each side of their narrow bodies. 
Peladar –​ One of the two medallions owned by the Dyadem, Peladar has the power to protect its wearer from all five Talents and even block a Talented person from accessing their gifts.
Pheryx – An Aru Elen female. She is tongued, as she is the Ambassador to Tosh for the Lord Dauld.
Phyrus – An Arulion youth with cerulean blue scales and wings with a navy blue outline and veins. His arrogance and temper sometimes get the better of him.
The Plains – The prairie region that makes up much of central Tranthaea. It is ruled by the Daevyn Flame-Bearer and is patrolled by Quenchers who make sure that the frequent lightning strikes do not destroy what is theirs to protect.
po’Esh – The first Tribe of the gru’Esh nation. These gru’Esh are grey in colour. (See also gru’Esh)
Poisoner – A type of Breaker who controls vegetation.
Polyglot – One of the four Great Powers, a polyglot is a person gifted with the instant grasp of all languages. It is a rare gift.
Portical – A flavoured mist enjoyed by the Aru Faylen.  Generally sweet, it serves as an appetiser or an aperitif.
Pralomar – A green lichen found in the mines of the Mountains of Du Garrah. When chewed, it acts as an addictive relaxant and is given to the slaves of the mines to discourage rebellious thoughts.
Pra'tigg'ha – A small village near Sengforren. kr'Atok's homehive. (See also kr'Atok and Sengforren)
Professor Blackwisp – A Daevyn teacher of adolescents.
Proum – An Aru Faylen who serves as the Master of the Mines of Du Garrah.
