The Space Between
Original Script by J.R. Vikse
It's Timothy's first day at his new job - learning how to host a quasi-Twilight Zone-ish television show - having just graduated from the sci-fi academy. However, the show's current presenter and legendary TV personality, Deborah Huxley, is in no mood for his antics. But Timothy doesn't care. He's too distracted by Deborah's remote control, which activates segments, puppeteers characters, and more...
Amidst vignettes that highlight some of the more common and dangerous scams to which seniors often fall prey, Timothy and Deborah lose control of the show, the scams, and their own emotions, and learn some valuable lessons about the tools we have to protect ourselves and the responsibility we have to help protect others. The Space Between was commissioned by The Victoria Target Theatre Society, who hold exclusive performance rights.
