A One-Act Play
By J.R. Vikse
Childhood friends Chris and Geoff are spending the weekend together camping in their old stomping grounds. It has been years since they saw each other; only the funeral of an old friend has brought Chris back to town. He has been away at Bible School while Geoff never left, digging in his roots and spending his days searching for Bigfoot. In the flickering light of their fire, they relive shared memories and rehash time-worn debates, comparing the evidences for their respective faiths. Old wounds are reopened and long-dormant secrets are revealed as the two friends discover who is truly the most dangerous creature in the forest. This one-act play is ideal for two talented dramatic actors. Warning: adult language and thematic elements.
